Frustration and then actions taken because of it results in serious impact on others during those actions and then more stress on a person after the actions taken.
He or she realizes that it happened because of anger, which was caused because of frustration.
Frustration is a feeling of dissatisfaction, often accompanied by anxiety or depression…anxiety because of eagerness.
Let’s start from this screen… You keep clicking a browser window to open, but it’s not loading because of technical issue. You are eager to chat with a friend or check your mail, etc., which results in frustration.
You are waiting for a call, and you started getting to frustrate as he or she is not calling, and you want to talk so badly or there is a fear that he or she may not call…for example: your first date and then waiting on response for 2nd one.
Work related issues…Sometimes you end up with real lazy people who just don’t want to work, and then you start getting to frustrate.
You are working on something but your kids want attention & they keep asking for it…You get to frustrate and start yelling.
Aim for big goals with the remembrance of your true nature which is love. Is this your attitude “whatever, I just need to finish this task and leave” this will definitely cause frustration if that task does not finish the way you expecting
If a computer browser is not working then divert your focus on something else or patience …
Don’t worry about your first date…Pay attention to the present moment you have with that person. You may be in 20′s or 30′s or 40′s, and you feel that it’s so difficult to find a date, and if I lose this one then I have to start all over again.
What’s happening here?
Its living in the future with the fears and expectation attached to the action while dealing with a new friend.
Work related issue: You cannot change that person so try to find alternatives, and if there is none then escalate to the management and in case that’s not the choice then accept as it is or create more choices like job change.
Kids: Remembrance and aim attached to the goal. If your aim is to get work done just because you don’t like work sitting there but there is a possibility of wait then its something needs to change. You can deal with something “kids” right away and then deal with work. In case that’s impossible then communication is the key. Tell kids to wait and help them to understand.
